The hazard of corrosion phenomena:The major corrosion of the equipment in the process of oil processing is HCL corrosion , electrochemical corrosion, H2S and other sulfide corrosion, and high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion, etc. These corrosion can lead to the thinning, perforation, crazing of the pipes and equipment ,which directly threaten the safety of production in refinery .
Solutions: For high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion, if the the equipment were transformed by adopting alloy materials,the investment is very high. In addition, the running units cannot be transformed. For HCL corrosion or H2S corrosion at low temperature part , there is no better material to upgrade the equipment. Our factory has been committed to solving the corrosion problems of equipment and pipelines in the refinery. We have developed various types of corrosion inhibitors according to different properties of crude oil, especially according to the crude oil with different acid value and different sulfur content, which are applied to different corrosion parts of the refinery, some of which are more suitable to be used at the device for processing high sulfur and high acid value crude oil .
Example one:
GWHS-1 High Temperature Corrosion Inhibitor
It is suitable for processing chemical corrosion caused by petroleum acid in the temperature range of 200-400℃, used in refining furnace tubes, diesel distillate pipelines, vacuum tower side line, atmospheric and vacuum tower bottoms in the refinery .
Feature
1. It has the function of neutralization and film-forming , the chemical protective film is free from the impact of acid and alkali, it can neutralize petroleum acids in the corrosive medium to reduce acid corrosion.
2. It can endure high temperature of 200-400 ℃.
3. It is added conveniently, couldn’t affect the normal production of the unit.
Example two:
HS-01 Composite Corrosion Inhibitor
It can prevent fractionating tower top from being corroded ,it is suitable for protecting distillation tower and its top pipes ,which treat high-sulfur-content crude oil.
Features
1. Suitable for production equipments of high sulfur content crude oil
2. Less dosage and high effect, the corrosion rate is up to 90%
3. Composed with kinds of additives
Example three:
HS-04 Neutralization and Film-forming Corrosion Inhibitor
It is mainly used for preventing the corrosion caused by hydrogen sulfide (H2S) ,and hydrogen chloride at the atmospheric and vacuum unit，hydrofining unit, and the coking unit in the refinery.
Distinguishing features
a. Water-solubility is good.
b.This product is a kind of composite neutralization corrosion inhibitor, which is compounded by many kinds of components.
(1) It can neutralize the acid of HCl, H2S and SO2 in water to prevent acid corrosion.
(2) This product includes film passivation technical recipes, and the passive film will be formed on the surface of the carbon steel pipe and equipment to prevent electrochemical corrosion.
Example four:
HS - 08 oil soluble corrosion inhibitor is mainly used for low temperature corrosion caused by high HCL, H2S at distillation tower top of atmospheric and vacuum unit, Naphtha hydro-treating Unit, fractionating tower top of coking unit,ect .
